I did not want to
forget this day. Neither
should you, your own. We
tend to overlook the moments
that are truly important.
It's days like these with the
ones you love, that remind us
that life is at its finest.
Captured, Preserved,
Treasured....each time I walk
through my hallway, reliving - a
blessed day - as I glimpse these
photos.

Around 10:30 p.m. - little
late -- but still a carrot -- we
went to give Otis, the burro, who stole
my heart, his snack.
The late evening was wonderful, spending
time with Jim in the quiet of the night.
It was wonderful. The bullfrogs
were croaking, the peepers were peeping,
and the Fireflies were
amazing...hundreds in the dark of the
night...like little flashlights blinking
off & on.
What a great way to end a perfect day
with someone you love, doing the
most simplest of things.

I spent an afternoon last week taking photo's of
Katy and one of her best friends, her horse CJ.
There is nothing so pure and natural as the love one has for their horse.
Believe me, I know. I have experienced that love first hand for many, many years.
It was a very enjoyable afternoon getting to know a very bright and
articulate young women and her special (BUDDY)..

Oh, to be sixteen again!!
A great, yet complex time in life.
Justin had a cool pool party for his 16th.
A crazy group of friends, as you can see, a lot of food, water sports,
& just hangin' with his buds.
